A MILLION thanks!!!!!!

What was I thinking - I had purchased Studio G 3 x 3 cards at Michael's for a dollar and thought I would make a thank you card - - - WELL, that means my image was tiny and I only had a 3 x 3 working space:

Recipe:

  • Studio G 3 x 3 cards with scraps for the background
  • Create with TLC previously had a progressive challenge - here was #8 - The Mad Hatter Vintage which was colored using Spectrum Noir and Whisper Strokes Markers, Prisma Colored Pencils with gel pen accents, rounded corners and chalked around the edges
  • sentiment, "A Million thanks", is from Create with TLC Say it Simply Digi Word Art Set which was chalked around the edges, mounted on scraps with an adorable little tea cup which was from Recollections

Viola - a little 3 x 3 inch Thank You card

Laugh, Love, and Friends Journal Page

As you may know, I am keeping a journal this year to mark my resolutions to help keep me on track . . . .

the first page I want to share with you today is "Laugh, Love, and, Friends:

the letters for "LAUGH", "LOVE", and "FRIENDS" are from DCWV Heritage stack which I had placed "scrabble" style as I love to play Words with Friends.

Create with TLC had a Progressive challenge, the Mad Hatter was #8 in the Progressive challenge and added on this page as I love to sit and relax with a cup of tea even if "I'm late for a very important date" - LOL!!!

finally, I used a sentiment from Create with TLC as I find that I need to take small steps as not to become overwhelmed

The next page I want to share is part of my "take care of myself" as I am going to Healthtrax in Bethel Park, PA and taking water aerobics for arthritis

background is Recollection Fashionably Chic with the schedule for the Aquatics Class Schedule with My Scrap Chick Beach Bears - saying "HELP!" "I'm drowning!!!" I hi-lighted the schedule as told myself that I will go at least 3 times a week but last week, I got over zealous and went 5 times!!!! WOOO HOOO! I'm working on taking care of myself!!!!

I took this to share with my "shrink" and Dr. Joe was impressed and glad that I am having a craft journal to keep me on track as I can also have a release for my creative side.

This is a work in progress needless to say with me posting future pictures showing my progress.

I appreciate and love reading your comments . . is your comment the next one I read???

Much love, hugs, and friendship
