The challenge is to use a dog in a card with using the word "woof" or "ruff" in the card. I, of course, used A Child's Year with cutting the card first at 5-inches in white and then again at 4-inches in blue. I cut the blue in half and then used the Cuttlebug heart embossing to carry out my theme. I added a red/white polka dot ribbon to fill the void of where the blue met the white card and then tied a bow where the 2 pieces were pieced. I cut out the adorable fireman puppy from Create a Critter in black and white cut at 3.75 inches. Now with the sentiment, I cut out a heart from the Create a Critter and then embossed again, using my Cuttlebug with the dots. The word "ruff" from "I ruff u" was also cut from Create a Critter while the "I" and the "u" was cut using the Jasmine cartridge. I'm missing my new baby granddaughter big time as I haven't seen her since my last hospital stay in July for reasons which are lame and just breaking my heart from my daughter. The sentiment is simple on the inside "& miss you" were also cut from the Jasmine cartridge and will be mailed to Lily before I go to the hospital on the 15th next week.
Now for the finished product of my card which I love and only hope that you enjoy also!!!
