Scrappy EMT Blog Anniversary Blog Hop

Welcome to Scrappy EMT Blog Anniversary ... Just think, she has been blogging and showcasing not only her many talented projects but those of others. At this time, it is a time of celebration, balloons, party hats, and fun for all as we celebrate her FIRST YEAR!!!

Projects are going to be reflecting "baby" as when each of us have a blog, we start out at baby steps and keep progressing. We get help from our friends and we help our friends!!! This is a wonderful community of helping each other! With that in mind, let the celebration begin!!!

If you came to visit me, I really appreciate that but don't want you to miss a single project and would love for you to start at the beginning which of course is our Anniversary Girl, Audrey Dickenson aka Scrappy EMT at http://scrappyemt.blogspot.com/. If you arrived with putting on your big girl panties and taking your baby steps at Courtney then you are at the right place of our party!!!!

We have a wonderful sponsor and would love for you to comment on each of the blogs along the way along with becoming a follower if you aren't already!!!!

My project is a baby bonnet card that I had made for a baby shower

RECIPE:
Heritage Cricut Cartridge
Cricut Design Studio to weld the baby bonnet to make into a card
White Recollection paper
Pink Rosettes outlining the brim
Cuttlebug Swirl Embossing folder on the brim

With Cricut Design Studio, I opened the file of the bonnet from my Cricut Heritage cartridge - enlarged it to the size I wanted, and then made another bonnet and placed over the first one to ensure size - then comes the fun part, make one of the bonnets a mirror image and slide it close to the other without overlapping it toooo much!!!! Using the weld option it welds the bonnet together to make a card!!!! Now, how kewl is that??

now, for the completed bonnet after cutting and adding all the pretties -

Now, doesn't this actually like a baby bonnet for some special little girl? Your next stop along the way is Rosie. I'm so glad you stopped by and make sure you wish Audrey a very Happy Blogaversary!!!!
Here's the entire line-up just in case you get lost along the way!

Again, thank you for stopping by and would love for you to leave a comment .....

God Bless you and Thank you for stopping by:

  1. Your bonnet is just adorable with that embossing and those beautiful white and pink roses. I have a dress pattern that would match your bonnet to a T.

Enjoyed hopping with you today! Thanks for the inspiration!
