Love is In the Air with Dictionary Page

I realize Valentine's Day is over but I still had a few Valentines that I had wanted to share with you: 

Bob, is my boyfriend, love interest, room mate, and love of my life - this card was made with him in mind using a pre-colored image from Create with TLC: 

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:

• Recollections card stock size A2 card with Craft Smith Burgendy Rose card stock for background
• image is pre-colored with orange hilighting the word "valentine" on the dictionary page and chalked around the edges
• alphabet beads from my stash spelling the word "LOVE" on sentiment from previous club from Create with TLC which was cut using Darice die
• 
  
• sentiments from a previous clubs from Create with TLC which were chalked around the edges with Recollection Antique Key Dimensional Sticker

. . . does this say "I Love You"???
