and I chose to use this Bestie image, Fluffy Besties Love to Shop with all the shopping bags and to also use a sassy sentiments from Create with TLC :

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:

• card is a size A2 card with using scraps as the background
• image was colored with Spectrum Noir and Whisper Stroke Markers, Prism Colored Pencils with gel pen accents, fussy cut around the edges 
• daisies are Recollection
• Queen & Co. Pearls
• nail heads used on bracelet and necklace were from a swap
• sentiments from Create with TLC and cut using Darice Embossing Die Cut and chalked around the edges
