I'm not Irish but several of my friends are BUT isn't everyone Irish for the day? This image had been from previous Create with TLC club.
RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
- Recollections card stock size A2 card with Reminisce ShamROCKS for background
- image is pre-colored with Stickles accents and fussy cut around the edges
- bow is from scrap St. Patrick's Ribbon
- rhinestone on hat in center of shamrock
- sentiment from a previous club from Create with TLC which was chalked around the edges
