Loving this vintage Irish lass on hat . . . .
RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
- card is size A2 with scraps for background paper set on a jaunty angle - love plaids!!!
- image was pre-colored and chalked around the edges
- cluny lace is from my scraps from when I made doll clothes creating a border on the edge
- Queen & Co. Pearls
- organza bow from my stash of ribbon
- sentiment mounted on matching paper
