Just Peeking in Sherlock Gnomes and I . . . .

At Christmas time, My Whimsical Little World had been playing games on their Facebook Page and I won which gave me a free digi. I chose for my digi one of her new not yet released Gnomes -Sherlock Gnomes who I think is absolutely adorable!!!

Recipe:
  • Recollection blue cardstock base of A2 card and Recollection blue gingham for background
  • for my birthday, I got a 2.5 inch round punch which I used to punch the "peep hole" for Sherlock to be looking through, similar to his magnifying glass, which has faux stitching around the edges
  • Sherlock Gnomes was colored using Whisper Stroke and Spectrum Noir Markers with gel pen accents and was fussy cut around the edges
  • sentiment, "Just peeking in to see what you're upto", had been a previous freebie from Create with TLC  and is chalked around the edges with faux stitching
  • inside I mounted white cardstock which was chalked around the edges with faux stitching to write a little "thinking of you" message
  • buttons on the front are tied with jute and hot-glued on the bottom corner
Super cute and easy card with just an adorable image!!! Hoping you like him also!!!

I appreciate and love reading your comments . . is your comment the next one I read???

Much love, hugs, and friendship
