It's a new month which means a new challenge with Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge where it's always anything goes as long as you use a patterned paper!!!
I was recently involved in a card and tag swap where the theme was mermaids. Here is my take on a mermaid card using a Magnolia Little Mermaid Tilda image along with Create with TLC sentiments:
RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
- 5x7 inch card with Recollections Fashionable Chic used for the background
- Little Mermaid Tilda was colored with Prisma and Spectrum Noir Markers with gel pen accents and of course Stickles and fussy cut around the edges
- front sentiment chalked around the edges and from Create with TLC
- flowers aka coral were made using Fiskars Burst Punch which I used a white paper which was chalked with various pastel colors
- waves were made using Martha Stewart Eyelet Border Punch which was chalked around the edges
- pearls are from Queen & Co.
- seashell from JoLynn Stickers
- sentiments is also from Create with TLC which was cut with rounded corners and chalked around the edges
I appreciate and love reading your comments - and hoping you leave me some bloggie love.
