It's a New Year!!! A New Challenge at Anything But a Card!!! AND New Beginnings!

It's a new month which means it's a new challenge at Anything But a Card. This month's challenge theme is "New Beginnings". For my project, I am combining not only my New Year's Resolutions but also sessions with my therapist as to what I want and need to work on in 2015

I have made a journal to "journal" my year with my Resolutions and as to finishing and continuing my resolutions:

for the cover of my journal, I used Graphic 45 Moulin Rouge paper, the year (2015) utilizing The Alphabet built in on my E2 and some Washi Tape which I found at a local Dollar Tree. I chose this paper for my cover as it reminds me of a dream sequence with travel, dancing, mime's, and tickets. 

inside cover I used DCWV Couture cardstock along with sentiment from Create with TLC, "the body heals with play, the mind heals with laughter, and the spirit heals with joy" as I thought this would be the great mantra for me to follow

my first page has another Create with TLC sentiment, "Dear 2014: Thank you for all the lessons. Dear 2015: I am ready!" 

along with another image from Create with TLC NY Clock where I stated my goals or resolutions for the year: 

1. be more organized

2. take better care of myself

3. finish unfinished projects from previous years

4. avoid further meltdowns

The Stamping Boutique Father time was colored using Spectrum Noir, Whisper Strokes Markers with gel pen accents and Stickles for the snow along with adding charm of pocket watch charm from Miriam's Crafting Supplies

This will be a work in progress needless to say with me posting future pictures showing my progress.
