Gobble Gobble Means Happy 1st Thanksgiving Adam

It's Adam's 1st Thanksgiving and of course, I needed to make a special card for him . . . . 

RECIPE:

• card was cut 5.5 x 12 inches, scored and then folded in half using DCWV Harvest Stack
• bear is from Little Scraps of Heaven Bears Through the Year Pattern Collection - November
• "Gobble Gobble" was made using Make the Cut and puff-dotted on front of card along with the turkey
• all edges were chalked
• inside sentiment is from Grandma

As I'm looking at my turkey bear, his poor eyes look crossed but too late to do anything as it is in the mail . . . . please, be gentle!!!

Little Scraps of Heaven Challenge

Today is just a fun day to share a card I made. On Little Scraps of Heaven, saw a challenge with a "lay-out" and I thought what the "heck" I can do this considering I have a lot of Little Scraps of Heaven cut files!!!!

For my project :

RECIPE:

• Little Scraps of Heaven Bears Through the Year Pattern Collection, October 
• card was cut 6 x 6 inches
• background was cut 5.75 x 5.75 inches
• Little Scraps of Heaven Scalloped Shaped Pattern Set for the four (4) little squares and frames on the side
• sentiment piece was created using Make the Cut
• bear was puff-dotted but his eyes look sew sad guess cause he didn't get to eat his candy YET!
• sentiment: "trick or treat"
• ribbon was the strip used
