This past Sunday, was a rough day. My beautiful step-daughter who is like my own had a miscarriage. I had health issues and couldn't be there for her but kept in touch with her by phone and prayers while she suffered this tremendous loss. This is the card I made to send to her.
The image, Best Prayer Vintage TLC and sentiment, Best Prayers TLC were a "freebie" this past Sunday at Create with TLC.
RECIPE:
- card was cut 4.25 x 11 inches using www.coredinationsFoundations.com card stock which was scored using Martha Stewart Scoreboard and folded in half
- background was cut 4 x 5.25 inches with a paper from a swap which gave me the beautiful vintage look I was looking for
- frame was cut using Cricut Elegant Edges Cartridge with blue Recollection cardstock
- Best Prayer Vintage was colored using Spectrum Noir Markers with gel pens, chalked around the edges for antique vintage look
- sentiment, "I've said my best prayers for you" was a freebies from Create with TLC which was chalked around the edges and mounted with the scrap from my frame and then placed on additional scrap of the swap vintage paper
- butterfly is a Darice sticker along with the little rosette used on her bonnet
I thank you for stopping by and visiting today. I appreciate and love reading your comments . . is your comment the next one I read???
Much love, hugs, and friendship
