Leprechaun Bear

A dear sweet friend asked me to make cards for her two boys for St. Patrick's Day . . . here is one of the cards using Rick St. Dennis Leprechaun Bear which can be found at I Brake for Stamps but it is a rubber stamp which I purchased on eBay at least 2 years ago - complete with coins in his pot of gold and a feather in his hat:

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
  • card is size A2 with green plaid scraps for background
  • image was colored with Whisper Strokes and Spectrum Noir Markers, Prisma Colored Pencils, gel pen accents and fussy cut around the edges
  • feather added to cap
  • Darice tiny gold coins for his pot of gold and one coin in his paw
  • grass was cut using another plaid and EK border punch
  • sentiment is an Irish blessing which was chalked around the edges on coordinating paper

I appreciate and love reading your comments - and hoping you leave me some bloggie love.

Much love, hugs, and friendship

  1. Hi Lynne! What a fabulous card for St. Pat's Day! I have never seen those gold coins before so I will have to look for them! So happy you have joined the Outlawz Challenges and there is still time to enter your card in the Outlawz Festive Friday's Challenge where you can find four themes each week and one of the themes for this week is St. Patrick's Day! But hurry, as a new challenge goes up this Friday!
