Sweet Gingerbread Cookies and Cinnamon Tea with Creating Christmas with Create with TLC

Welcome to Creating Christmas with Create with TLC !!!!! We're excited that the special blog for Christmas is open again with the Create with TLC Design Team sharing with you special images that were created by Paulette. Each stop along the way, has a little something you can download and use as  your very own an image or sentiment that we have used.

If you have arrived from Lisa Lynn, then you are in the right place - if not, here is the complete list of my Create with TLC teamies:
Lynne (you are here)

The image that I have used and am sharing with you is Christmas Cookie Exchange Retro Sketch . Just right click on the image and save the file for your own personal used

I had gone to a tea party on Saturday with 4 of my closets friends that we take Aqua Arthritis Aerobics three times a week. This image has given me the inspiration to have my own little tea party with my friends thus my card:

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
  • Recollection card stock as a size A2 card (4.25 x 5.5 inch) with scraps as the background which I fussy cut the holly from the paper to include that in my image
  • image was colored using Prisma Markers and Colored Pencils and chalked around the edges
  • tea pot is from my fabulous button stash
  • Queen & Co. pearls on the upper right-hand corner to add some dimension
  • sentiment, "Come to the table, and share with me, sweet GINGERBREAD cookies and cinnamon TEA" is also from Create with TLC with rounded corners, chalked around the edges and mounted on additional scraps matching the front

Your next stop on our hop today is Rhonda Sue

    6. Hi Lynne, Love your card! I like things that deal with tea. I know you had a good time with your friends. Tea parties always bring joy. I have a neighbor who had a Christmas tea every year until last year. She always invited us. It was lots of fun. Thanks for sharing. Edwina Brown
