Molly's Fishing Father's Day Card

Hello, if you’re here for June Calendar Girls Blog Hop, click here.

I had this digi of Heather Valentin’s and have been wanting to color and loved it not only because its adorable but of the title, Molly – Fishing Digi Set. Molly is the name of my angel that passed away.

June 18th is National Fishing Day and with living with a fisherman, this card is the purrfect combination for Father’s Day!!!

Recipe:
  • Heather Valentin’s Molly Fishing Digi Set which was colored using Tim Holtz Distress Markers, Spectrum Noir Markers and hi-lights with gelly pens
  • Card was cut 5.5 x 11 inches using Recollections Card Stock, folded in half with corners rounded with corner punch
  • Background is Recollections Blossom Song cut at 5 x 5 inches with rounded corners which were chalked with dark green
  • Image has rounded corners and chalked with dark green
  • Sentiment, “Hope your day is filled with happies” was a free sentiment from Create with TLC with rounded corners and chalked with dark green
  • Pearls are from Miriam’s Crafting Supplies
  • Inside sentiment was hand-written using Sakura Micron #1 pen.

God Bless you and thank you ever sew much for stopping by today! I love reading comments and would love to read yours . . . .
