Create with TLC had this phenomenal Progressive Challenge which was to kick-off World Card Making Day. She offered the first image if you request by email and upon completion, send finished project to her and she sends you the next installment and sew forth until you had a chance to collect a total of 12 free digital images!!!

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
- Recollection taupe Card Stock is the background of my A2 card
- background is from my fabulous scrap drawer
- Create with TLC 9 Vintage Tea Party was colored using Whisper Strokes, Prisma Colored Pencils, and gel pens, chalked around the edges
- tea service was cut using Cricut Heritage Cartridge and chalked around the edges with gel pen accents
- flowers, buttons, crocheted flower from my stash
- sentiment, "We never really grow up; we only learn how to act in public", had previously been a freebie from Create with TLC which was chalked around the edges and mounted on a scrap from the front of my card
