Organizational Hint for Storage for Digital Downloads

At The Scrapbook Blessings Club, we are offering organizational tips for Scrap Booking and crafting supplies. One thing that I like to do is a storage solution for the digital downloads that we acquire through Design Team projects, free downloads, and purchases. 

This is the time of the year to purchase photo boxes which are a great container and it has dividers. I get various different colors and designs 

with the dividers, I write the various companies on the tabs and when I have a good many of the digitals such as Create with TLC, I separate into various categories such as birthday, Christmas, Halloween, Vintage

I try to print downloads as soon as I can, separate with paper cutter into sizes and label in the upper corner where I got the digital and the name of the digital

and then I file them as soon as they are printed and labeled - when they are a Design Team Project, I label which Design Team it is for and the due date along with the name of the digital design and company

all are in their place and ready to be used
