Flirtatious Hat Lady with a Bingo Board for New Challenge at Get Creative

Welcome to our new challenge at Get Creative!!!!! This is a Challenge Blog with this week's challenge theme - Bingo Board with the fabulous Rick St. Dennis! 

Here's this challenge's Bingo Board: 

For this challenge, and I chose to play with Flirtatious Hat Lady which sew reminds me of Miss Havisham from Great Expectations or Delta Dawn from Helen Reddy's song - either way here is my flirtatious hat lady:

you have to admit - she does share a close resemblance!!!

for my bingo card I have the:

 die cut which is my new Darice Oblong Frame

black is the black frame and black bead swirl from Michael's in the Dollar Bin
twine (Ok, that was a tuffie!) ties onto charm from Miriam's Crafting Supplies
Monochromatic

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:

• size A2 card using black Recollection card stock and scraps for background which was chalked around the edges
• Flirtatious Hat Lady was colored with Whisper Stroke Markers and Spectrum Noir Markers, Prisma Colored Pencils with gel accents
• frame was cut with Darice Oblong Frame with iridescent paper behind it to resemble a mirror
• tickets are Graphic 45 Moulin Rouge
• flower and black bead swirl are from Michael's dollar bin
• charm from Miriam's Crafting Supplies
• jute twine is from the Dollar Tree
• sentiment, "She remained true to herself" had been previous freebie from  Create with TLC  has rounded corners and was chalked around the edges
