It's a new challenge with Team B at Creative Fingers where it's always Anything Goes!!!!! I know you're saying, but Lynne, you're on Team A BUT I just had to play along this week as I fell in love with the image!!!! This week's sponsor is Faery Ink!!!! I chose as my image to showcase today Gabbie Alice in Wonderland - I know, I heard you in the back row there saying, oh that explains everything now!!!! As most everyone knows, I just adore Alice in Wonderland and love to create using any or all images. This image reminded me of my sessions with my shrink for some odd reason as Alice appears to be talking to the Caterpillar. With this thought, I ran with scissors and incorporated her into a journal page with "thoughts" from Dr. Joe and a fortune from a fortune cookie no less:
RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
- background is DCWV The Heritage Stack
- Alice was colored using Prisma Colored Pencils and Whisper Strokes and Spectrum Noir Markers with gel pen accents
- lettering was cut using Cricut Plantin Cartridge and black Recollection card stock and attached using by X machine with a Queen & Co. black pearl for the dot on the "i"
- . . . and of course the Stickles Queen here added Stickles to Alice's bow, the butterfly and caterpillar
I thank you for stopping by and visiting today. Don't forget to showcase your project on Creative Fingers this week to enter in the Challenge!!! It's anything goes with no size restrictions with the only restriction of that being that of your imagination . . . . let your imagination run wild!!!! I can't wait to see your creations!
I appreciate and love reading your comments . . is your comment the next one I read???
Much love, hugs, and friendship
Lynne
