Hello Birthday Girl - 29 AGAIN??? New Challenge at Crafting from the Heart

Crafting From the Heart has a new challenge!!!!!!! The fabulous sponsor for this challenge: Stitchy Bear. I had a lot of fun making this card using Birthday Girl. First off, when making her, I decided to give her a blue/grey hair reminiscent of my grandmother who had the most beautiful blue/grey hair!!!!



RECIPE and SUPPLIES:
  • pink Recollection size A2 card with scraps for background
  • Birthday Girl was colored with Whisper Strokes, Spectrum Noir and Prisma Colored Pencils with Stickles and gel pens accents, fussy cut around the edges with balloon strings separated
  • EK Success Cupcake Border Punch as a bottom border - I used scraps of coffee bean DCWV cardstock to cut the cupcakes which I think gave a great look
  • outside sentiment, "Hello Birthday Girl", had been a previous freebie from Create with TLC  which has fussy cut
  • inside sentiment, "You know you're getting old when there's no question in your mind that there's no question in your mind" had been a previous freebie from Create with TLC  which has rounded corners with chalking the edges
  • background of the inside of my card is scraps with matching front background cut into a banner
