Can you believe Lily is now 4 years old as of today!!!! She's grown sew fast!!!! She like all little girls love Elsa of Frozen and thus grandma made a Queen Elsa card for her 4th birthday:

Recipe:
- size A2 card cut using aqua Recollection card stock with scrap snowflake paper for background
- Sassy Studio Designs Snow Queen Sassy colored with Prisma Colored Pencils, fussy cut around the edges with gel pen and Stickles accents and puff-dotted onto card
- snowflakes cut at 2-inches on white card stock with background light grey using Cricut Winter Lace Cartridge, Stickles accents and puff-dotted onto card with one snow flake added with an Action Wobble
- "4" cut using aqua Recollection cardstock, puff-dotted onto a snowflake with Stickles accents using Essentials which is built-in onto my E-2
- ribbon is actually a pull ribbon that makes a full bow
- sentiment, "SPECIAL that's what you are", had been a previous freebie from Create with TLC with an added sentiment from me which was chalked around the edges
