Just Saying Hello with a new Challenge at Creative Fingers

It's a new challenge Creative Fingers where it's always Anything Goes!!!!! This week's sponsor is Polka Doodles!!!! I fell in love with Octavia Moonfly Wistful and just had to make a card with her and now all that is running through my head is the song, Van Morrison's Moon Dance - leave it to me to have a tune for everything!!!! 

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:

• background is Recollection purple cardstock with scraps for my background as an A2 card
• Octavia Moonfly was colored using Prisma Colored Pencils, Whisper Strokes and Spectrum Noir Markers with gel pen and Stickles accents and then puff-dotted onto my card 
• thanks to Vicky Fortier for my birthday, I got the beautiful green rhinestones for my card
• ribbon is a satin and organza ribbon New Trends which was wrapped around the left side of card and a bow was hot-glued onto the front
• inside sentiment, "Just saying Hellow" had been previous freebies from Create with TLC which was chalked around the edges with matching rhinestones and paper from the front
