I Can't Remember if I'm the Good Sister or the Bad Sister!!!!!

I just had to do this - one last Halloween card using a super great image that makes me laugh from Create with TLC . This card is for my sister as I'm still sitting here giggling over this card:

RECIPE and SUPPLIES:

• size A2 card using lilac Recollection card stock with DCWV The Spooky Stack for background 
• tag was fussy cut and chalked around the edges 
• large purple button is from my stash with Halloween Baker's Twine tied in the center
• witch hat button with gold rhinestones around hat band
• sentiment, "witch WITCH WITCH witch WITCH" is from Create with TLC October Mega Club and can also be found here was chalked around the edges and mounted on scraps - this sentiment reminds me of the movie Practical Magic where Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock's characters hear this from the neighborhood kids
