Happy Hummingbird Day!!

Happy First Day of September BUT more importantly . . . Happy National Hummingbird Day!!! Don't you just love hummingbirds - just buzzing about all day not knowing the words? Ok, enuf silliness. Some important facts about hummingbirds - 

• they among the smallest of birds measuring 7.5 inches 
• they are known as hummingbirds by the sound of their beating wings which beat at high frequencies audible to humans
• they hover in mid-air wing flapping rate at 50 times per second
• hummingbirds have the highest metabolism rate to conserve energy when food is scarce go into hibernation-like state

now, my hummingbird card is just a friendship card with an amazing vintage image that can you image a freebie from Create with TLC which has four (4) images available!!!

• Create with TLC Hummingbird Vintage 1 which was chalked around the oval edge
• Create with TLC A Sweet Friendship sentiment had been a previous freebie was puff-dotted onto the card
• Darice Dimensional Butterfly sticker added to upper right corner
