Just wanted to Brighten your day with my card for The Outlawz Challenge (Flowers no less!!)

And, YES, I did it again. I took on the challenge from The Outlawz Challenge, thus here goes my entry using one of the Sandi Huggett with a Hugg digital image which I absolutely loved and me, not a flowery type person!!! Go figure!!!

RECIPE:
  • Card was made using Red Recollection Card Stock cut 4.5 x 11 inches and then scored in half using Martha Stewart Score Board
  • corners were then made decorative using a Fiskars punch that is a corner and emblossing punch
  • red plaid paper from was used to place my digital image on with rounded corners
  • flowers and vase were colored with Spectrum Noir Makers
  • image also has the decorative corners using the Fiskars punch and shading by using chalk
  • used my tiny hole punch to put 4 holes on either side of the vase to wrap Bakers Twine which was then tied in a bow
  • gold pearls are from Miriam's Crafting Supplies which were placed in the center of my flowers
  • sentiment, "Just wanted to Brighten your day" was a freebie from Create with TLC

I hope you enjoy my rise to The Outlawz Challenge occasion!!! I love how the vase turned out as I was looking for a patina look and hope you agree that I had accomplished that look!!!

God Bless you and thank you ever sew much for stopping by today! I love reading comments and would love to read yours as you inspire me!!!!
Much love, hugs, and friendship
Lynne
