For my project, I decided to go with "Growing Wings". Isn't she a cutie and reminds me that perhaps spring could be on the way ???? Nah, too wishful on my part!!! I just had to go outside today though as it was beautiful and took Growing Wings outside to picture in front of the daffodil.
Now, for the recipe:
- card was cut using purple Recollections paper at 5.5 x 11 inches and then scored at 5.5-inches using Martha Stewart Score Board and then rounding the corners using my round corner punch
- background behind Princess Lovely is a piece of paper from a paper swap, inked around the edges and corners rounded same as on card
- Growing Wings was colored using my Spectrum Noir Markers with hi-lights using my Gelly Pens and then chalking around the edges after fussy cutting around her
- Growing Wings was added to my card using an Action Wobble to make her look like she's flitting about
- ribbon is from my stash
- pearls and stick pin with clear head are from Miriam's Crafting Supplies
- sentiment, "Sprinkling a little fairy dust in your world" was a freebie from Create with TLC
- flowers and leaves were found at Pat Catan's Petal Soft which are flocked felt trimmed in glitter
God Bless and Thank you for stopping by today!!! Please take a moment to sign up for The Stamping Chef blog emails and at least try one of the her freebies she is currently offering!!!! You can also find her on Facebook!!!
